About the role
In line with strong business growth and investment, a new Regional Sales Manager position has been created covering Middle East, North Africa (MENA) and SE Asia. Reporting directly to the Group Snr. VP - Red Meat Solutions, responsibilities include driving profit margin across the regions, managing markets & customers and executing against objectives across the three key areas of business solutions which involves driving future growth, contributing to strategic direction, leading innovation, whilst being accountable for execution of the commercial stream. The organisation owns assets and has successfully established businesses in China and North America and see the MENA/SEA region as one of the targeted strategic areas in the next phase of growth.

Skills & Experience
We are keen to hear from you if you possess the following skills and attributes:
10+ years sales and business development experience working in broad food concept development and innovation.
Ideally have exposure to meat or other fresh food categories across the Middle East and South East Asian Regions.
Able to predict and adapt to changing markets driving company, market share and/or category growth through innovation.
comfortable working with and exceeding KPI’s, P&L accountability and negotiating supply agreements.
Strong track record in managing high level customer and supply chain relationships, often in complex environments.
Possess a strong commercial and business mindset, be a self-starter, results driven and sound problem solver.
As a strong communicator, you will establish yourself as a leader in the organisation, driving engagement and collaboration across the business.
