Total Support Services is looking for an enthusiastic Admin All-Rounder that will support the growth of our recently launched office in Queensland.

What will be your role?

This role will is perfect for an independent person that is confident in making decisions. As an Admin All-Rounder, you will report directly to the State Manager, who works closely with the Head Office team. The role will be varied, and the responsibilities include:

Providing excellent customer service (First point of contact for all queries from customers)
Working closely with Management in an administrative support capacity for marketing and finance
Handling all incoming sales, order processing and invoicing
Assistance with organising Trade Fairs
Data Entry
Maintain databases and update customer details

What we are looking for:
Experience in an administrative or management role
Significant experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Understanding and experience in financial procedures
Ability to complete reconciliations
Ability to prioritise between multiple tasks
Understanding of the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) or experience is not essential but highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills
Strong Work Ethic and ability to work independently
Attention to Detail
Enthusiastic attitude
Good working knowledge of child protection
Good working knowledge of NDIS
Degree or experience in Social Work/ Disability/ Health/ Human Services
High quality is written and oral communication skills & strong computer skills
