Full Job Description
An exciting opportunity exists for a permanent full time Customer Administration Officer in our Water & Waste Directorate based in Middlemount. Reporting to the Manager Business Services, the Customer Administration Officer position provides customer service and administrative support to the Water & Waste Directorate.

The Customer Administration Officer will proficiently support the Water & Waste Directorate in

providing and maintaining a high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders and positively contribute to the operational success by assisting with the preparation of budgets, reporting and the provision of statistical information, technical support for W&W compliance and collating and analysing various W&W information and data.

For this position we offer:
Base salary between $60,265.67 - $66,194.66 per annum (Level 2 -Level 3, Stream A);
Nominally 36.25 hours per week;
5 weeks annual leave @ 17.5% loading;
12% super (in accordance with policy);
Fortnightly RDO’s in accordance with Council policy.

About You:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Administration Officer who possesses:

Certificate III qualifications in Administration/Business, or equivalent level of expertise and experience.
Five (5) years relevant experience within an administrative and customer service environment
Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with both internal departments and external stakeholders
High level computer skills with experience with computer-based timesheets, invoices and rosters.
Knowledge and experience in contract administration including tender preparation, document management and processing;
