About Us.

Go Mortgages is a progressive and award winning business based in Arundel who due to rapid expansion requires an additional team member to enable them to continue to provide their clients with exceptional customer service. You would be joining a small and friendly organisation.

About the Role.

Most scenarios will be related to residential financing, but you will also gain significant exposure to complex clients and commercial deals. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Working with one broker and two other client service managers
  • 100% paperless environment with a strong emphasis on speed, technology and processes
  • Sending off Hello Packs to clients
  • Chasing up documents from clients
  • Analysing loan application documents
  • Packaging and lodging predominantly PAYG owner occupied purchases and refinances for home and investment loan applications with some personal and car loan applications
  • Writing broker notes
  • Understanding the lender policy attached to the product chosen for the client and carrying out servicing calculations
  • Reviewing and where necessary adjusting the loan submission to ensure the application meets lender requirements
  • Ensuring that loan submission quality is at the highest possible standards
  • Following Loan Market policies regulated by ASIC
  • Submitting loan applications through AOL
  • Liaising with lenders, clients and conveyancers to ensure that settlements occur smoothly
  • Communicating regularly with customers and key stakeholders through the loan process on the phone and via SMS and email including banks, solicitors and agents
  • Post settlement duties such as follow up client calls to assist with bank onboarding, compliance checks, tight database management, client review preparation such as valuations/reports, loan pricing, variations, responding to client requirements. 
  • Providing administrative support as and where required 

About You.

  • 2yrs+ experience in a mortgage broking office as a client service manager/loan processor.
  • You will be looking to move into a long-term career-based position as a client service manager in a small company that will provide a high performing, fun and flexible family based environment (note, this is not for someone looking to become a broker or manage a large team).
  • You will be autonomous and able to operate extremely fast in a dynamic and changing environment with a high focus on written and numerical detail and high-quality customer outcomes.
  • You will have a keen appetite for bank credit policies with a strong passion for getting the deal done right the first time. You will enjoy being on the telephone, have excellent IT skills with google applications, PDF editing software and CRM systems.
  • AOL (Apply Online) experience essential
  • Loan Market’s CRM experience preferred
  • Certificate IV Finance and Mortgage Broking preferred
