We have an exciting opportunity available for an enthusiastic, passionate, and motivated learning and development professional to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordination and facilitation of our customised learning programs, with a high focus on our classroom style Induction program.

Panthera Finance Group has teams in both Brisbane and on the Gold Coast so a willingness to travel occasionally is essential.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Provide stand out facilitation across the organisation and work with the Learning and Development team delivering modern, effective, and highly efficient learning solutions
Support the Learning and Development team with coordination and administration tasks including: preparation of training resources, creating training calendars, scheduling training programs and enrolling staff in learning modules
Develop practical, effective, and meaningful support material and learning programs throughout the organisation
Drive a high-level customer service model to all teams within our business
Work with the Learning and Development team to increase capability and drive quality outcomes
Take a proactive approach to self-development by regularly updating knowledge across all policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, and training programs
Assist Learning and Development Leader with any ad-hoc duties as directed
