Human Capital Management Solution (HCMS)

The Human Capital Management Solution (HCMS) will enable UQ to be more agile and mobile in the way we deliver Human Resources (HR) services. This will allow us to simplify our people-related processes, providing one easily accessible interface for our staff. We will reduce manual and duplicated efforts, enabling HR to deliver strategic, value-adding activities.

About This Opportunity

Our Functional Analyst, known locally as Principal Analyst, HR Business Systems (HCMS Support), will be a key player in the phase 2 rollout of Workday across the University, by delivering feasible and best practice business improvements and systems administration for both Workday and our existing integrated HR systems.

This position is located at our Toowong Office, located 2km away from the main University Campus and just 7km from Brisbane’s city centre.

Our Ideal Candidate

You will be experienced in HR systems, with experience in Workday or Aurion highly regarded. Knowledge of business analysis, stakeholder engagement, business process review, and systems training, is critical. You will have an understanding of day-to-day HR, and how systems support operational and strategic HR activities.

What We Can Offer

This is a full-time, fixed term (exp. December 2023) position at HEW level 7.

The full-time equivalent base salary will be in the range $88,763 - $96,783, plus employer superannuation contributions of 17%. The total FTE remuneration package will be in the range $103,852 - $113,236 per annum.
