Job Description

The Role

The Service and Deployment Officer will be responsible for helping VAE achieve it's promise of Built in Certainty in a high touchpoint role. You will be working with Technicians, Customers and multiple other key internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will be highly motivated & customer focused. The successful candidate will demonstrate their experience in deployment and have exceptional interpersonal skills.

The Responsibilities

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Time sheets via Pronto - coordination of service techs relating to productive, non-productive, project times.

    • Monthly contracted service maintenance requirements to be met

    • Responding to customer service calls and technician allocation

    • Generation of Service Jobs (Reactive & PM)

    • Generation of Purchase Orders

    • Assist with generation of FSQ and maintenance of FSQ data

    • Managing the technician schedule

    • Provide business support to team members

    • Provide accurate, reliable and timely reports and information as requested

    • Provide administrative support to the other regions in the business as required

    • Oversee the training of service staff where necessary (i.e. Scheduler training)

    • Play a role as a key point of contact and communication in developing strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business

    • Assist in ensuring the customer is satisfied with the outcomes on every project we deliver

Desired Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Deployment experience preferred
  • Customer Service Experience with exceptional skills
  • The ability to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Financial Competency
  • Pronto skills an advantage
