This role oversees the overall project management of electrical/electronic systems for the Central Coast Council’s Water & Sewer infrastructure.

You will be managing professional and skilled employees and contractors within Water and Sewer using project team(s) to achieve desired outcomes within the networks.

You will be leading projects such as planning, installation, contract management, commissioning and asset management of the Water and Sewer networks.

Key activities of this role include:
  • Direct responsibility for management and delivery of a wide range of projects across water and sewer including capital works and operational projects;
  • Accurately deliver project feasibility, estimates, investigation and design services;
  • Coordinate project managers, professional, technical and support officers and work teams to deliver projects.

This role provides a salary range of between $88.5k to $106.2k per annum + superannuation.

A vehicle may be provided for official duties and private use leaseback in accordance with Council’s Vehicle Policy, (subject to availability). Alternately a vehicle allowance of $165 per week is also an available option.

A 9 day fortnight work-cycle currently applies to this role. This arrangement may be subject to change.

Please note: Due to the current COVID-19 situation interviews may now be conducted via Microsoft Teams.

Successful candidates may be required to undertake a course of vaccinations against Hepatitis A and B and Tetanus or demonstrate their immunity.
