Over a period spanning 35 years, Winslow has grown to hold one of the largest fleets of heavy earth-moving machinery in Australia. Together with a 1200+ strong workforce, Winslow is a self-performing and diversified civil contractor delivering a multitude of residential sub-divisions and road developments across Victoria and Queensland.

Winslow's Civil Infrastructure business unit is head-quartered in Port Melbourne. Our team of seasoned engineers, designers, contract managers, field supervisors, compliance and safety professionals deliver multi-million dollar major road projects across Victoria.

The HR Business Partner is a dedicated HR resource to the Civil Infrastructure business unit, and is integral in imbedding HR best practices, managing the employee experience, resourcing and skilling the business appropriately, and supporting leaders in the management of their teams.

This new, Full Time on-going opportunity will commence on a major road project in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, and will broaden to encompass all Infrastructure projects across the state. The HR Business Partner will form part of Winslow's Human Resources team, but report directly to the General Manager of Winslow Infrastructure.

The HR Business Partner will be responsible for these activities within Winslow Civil Infrastructure business unit:

- Recruitment campaigns and talent management

- Onboarding programs, safety inductions, job inductions and systems

- Workplace relations management plans and compliance

- Learning and development programs and compliance

- Major Project Skill Guarantee sourcing and target management

- Social Impact and Local Content sourcing and target management

- Performance Management programs and plans

- Employee relations advice and support

- Workplace enhancement initiatives, communications, and support

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years experience in human resource management in Australian civil construction, and a completed, relevant degree in either human resources, organisational management, or psychology.
