The Role
We are looking for a dynamic worker to join us in the role of Bookings Officer within the Skills Centre, Risk, Audit & Training team.

Your Key Responsibilities Include
  • Providing an accurate and effortless booking process for all new workers on site
  • Scheduling high volumes of training and inductions for workers across multiple footprints
  • Maintaining the Skills Centre Calendar to ensure it meets the business needs
  • Accurate data entry of training results and management of training records
  • Assisting new workers and contracting companies with training enquiries
  • Administration support to the Skills Centre team
The successful applicants will have:
  • A high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong ability to prioritize, comprehend and manage multiple tasks
  • Sound written and verbal skills with robust analysis and problem solving skills
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure and adapt to change
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office suite skills i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, and proficiency in Ellipse training module, BrightSigns, HPE and SharePoint Content Manager (preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with various levels across the operations
