Your new company
Client is major multidisciplinary property consultancy. They provide wide mix of property and facilities services to range of tier one clients. They are currently looking to engage the services of an experienced Facilities Coordinator to play a key role in their onsite delivery team.

Your new role
Role is traditional facilities role on retail portfolio looking after mix of base buildings and tenancies. So working to support the senior facilities staff with all proactive and reactive maintenance as well as playing a key role in engaging with and supporting the tenants. The client is high end with high expectations in terms of service and support.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideal candidate would have facilities experience in a similar role. Ideally working on retail properties and ideally with some experience of working for service provider to building owners. if candidates ticked some of the boxes and had similar experience - perhaps in tenancy or working directly for property owner then the client would still be keen to consider.

What you'll get in return
Client is offering a really interesting role working for genuine market leader. They are offering an immediate start and contract till eofy. Hourly rate suggest 35-40ph plus super with little bit of flexibility for outstanding candidates
