The Client 

Our client has a welcoming and flexible environment. They are an established brand with two supportive and understanding directors. 

The Role
 
In this role, you will have a focus on high-level property management tasks, working full-time a part of a team of three, managing 190 properties you will share the responsibilities with a leasing consultant and part-time assistant. 
The assistant will support with routines and the majority of entries and exits.

As an experienced Property Manager, of the team you will be the escalation point for the team whilst overseeing general landlord and tenant liaison, maintenance, invoicing, and arrears management.

Requirements

  • Recent experience within residential Property Management
  • High attention to detail, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Current Real Estate Certificate & Driving License 
  • Strong with Property Management procedures and legislation
  • Friendly and adaptable personality skills with Great work ethic & self-motivation
  • A ‘quality over quantity’ outlook (service focus approach to property management)
  • Business Development experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Experience with Property Me, IRE & Maintenance Manager (preferred but not essential 

Experience

  • CURRENT Certificate of registration - essential 
  • Ideally 1+ years in Property Management experience 
  • High level of communication and attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Solid written & verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding telephone manner & time management
  • Meticulous attention to detail, accountability, and focus
  • Well presented
