About Your Role

This is a great opportunity for a Supervisor to play a critical role in leading a maintenance team to meet safety, productivity and operational objectives. Leading on the frontline is one of the most important jobs in our business and comes with a vast amount of responsibility. We need you to motivate, inspire and keep your people safe and well.

Reporting directly to the Superintendent – Shift Maintenance, you will contribute to our Safe, Stable and Sustainable vision by:
  • Creating a culture of care by being a visible safety leader, supporting, mentoring, engaging, developing and coaching your team to achieve together
  • Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with site health, environmental and community policies, systems and procedures
  • Continuously improving plant stability by supporting the identification and elimination of equipment failures
  • Developing strong relationships with operational, maintenance and technical teams across the site
What You Will Bring

To be successfully considered for this role, you should have:
  • Demonstrated experience as a safety leader with a passion to influence safe working methods amongst your team
  • Willingness to lead and implement change, influence and mentor others
  • The ability to successfully work within a team environment and build effective working relationships with your team, peers and leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise workloads whilst ensuring accuracy in the workplace
  • The ability to effectively communicate, engage and build trust with your team and stakeholders
