  • We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team on a permanent, full time basis (Immediate Start)
  • You must have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar function
  • You will partner with a portfolio of managers across WMQ to create a high-performing and collaborative culture that strives to deliver the business objectives and strategy through by planning, championing and execution of people initiatives in a sustainable manner.
  • You will also be responsible for providing leading-edge consulting and advisory services on all aspects of the employee life cycle while working closely with the wider People & Culture team to ensure optimum employee engagement.
  • In this role you will undertake contemporary HR/IR generalist service and advice provision to Managers, Employees and other Stakeholders at both a strategic and operational level.
  • You will also receive either a Motor Vehicle or Allowance as part of this role in line with our WMQ Motor Vehicle Policy.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Requirements:


  1. Collaborate effectively with other HR Business Partners as part of a high performing team to ensure consistency of recommendations and support across WMQ.
  2. Well-developed organisational skills, including strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
