This role is responsible driving & supporting the Screen sales. Build sales funnel, prioritize and win cases in accordance with BA / BL requirements

Job Duties And Responsibilities

  • Works independently to complete given assignments and projects, promoting and selling the organisation’s products and services.
  • Ensures the requirements of the BL are considered and total package is of compelling value.
  • Ensures value co-creation is effectively done with the BL and with the customer, creates business cases and common metrics for benchmarking.
  • Ensures timely progress of the sales case from lead to proposal and negotiations, closing the deal.
  • Understands the market trends and customer needs, actively screens and develops service prospects.
  • Tailors new offering based on customer needs, ensure proper documentation and sharing good practices between MA to various BL’s/ISS
  • Constantly seeks new ways to sell and develop alternate business models
  • Coaches and trains SAMs and other front line sales in the product offering & ways to sell
  • Ensures compliance with sales process, proposal and risk management procedures
  • Supporting the warranty process and resolution as required.


Essential Qualifications & Experience
  • Engineering degree, (Mineral Processing / Metallurgist & relevant to BL) or technical trade qualification with 10+ years in the relevant field. Any period less requires proven high performance track record.
  • Proficient in MS suite of products

  • Strong team player
  • Demonstrate track record of strong commercial acumen
  • Ability to read, interpret & use engineering drawings and specs
  • Customer orientated including high level communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, priorities and deadlines with limited resources
  • Ability to travel as required.
