Job Purpose:
Upload and maintain all ANZ Course related Reference data in Study Global database.
Ensure the accuracy of current course information in the system, by performing continual reviews and the promptness of new data availability for all brands, as required.
Be a hub of contact and SME to connect all areas of the business where Ref data is required to support daily work and general company initiatives.
Liaising at the highest professional and cooperative level with the Study Global Development team, Admissions and Campus teams and building and maintaining relationships with all areas of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrates knowledge of all brand products in order to understand the needs of the Admissions teams in Study Global.
  • Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of Government database PRISMS, to apply updates to provider data
  • Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of Business Systems; Study Global (and Environments), Salesforce, Ticketing system.
  • Prepares and collates all relevant material in preparation for Study Global data entry
  • Accurate and timely entering of reference data for all brands, as assigned by the Admissions Operations Manager, such as Intakes, fees, documents
  • Provides analysis of Study Global issues and feedback to Admissions Operations Manager and Development team.
  • Assists to raise items (tickets) for issues reported and keeps track of these items to ensure they are identified in Admissions/Ref listing for CI Project or Maintenance release schedules.
  • Collaborates with Study Global testing cycles for all brands. Ensures timely system set up for testing where required (outside of UAT cycles), participates in triage meetings when requested.
  • Liaises with Creative Services team in the creation and update of Admissions relevant marketing material each year.
  • Identifies possibilities for improvements in the Reference data area
  • Participates in additional tasks/projects as requested by the Admissions Operations Manager.


  • Ensures initial response to colleagues is within the same day raised and resolution withing 48 hours
  • Responds to all internal and external persons in a professional and supportive manner
  • Establishes and maintains excellent relationships with the Admissions team, Sales & Marketing and Campus staff by providing support where appropriate
  • Monitoring and assisting with any technical and functional needs of the team
  • Demonstrates initiative and creative problem solving skills to ensure quick and efficient resolution

Qualifications & Training

  • Completion of a diploma level qualification or equivalent with relevant work related experience

Experience Required:

  • Updating/managing Ref data on systems/databases
  • Admin/clerical office tasks
  • Responding to a highly focused customer service fast pace business
  • Experience within the education industry desirable.
