JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking staff who are reliable, have a caring and compassionate personality, are flexible and willing to work with a wide range of people.

What will you be doing?

  • Supporting our clients to achieve their social and daily living goals
  • Community Access
  • Assisting with social ad civic participation - shopping, appointments
  • Transporting clients to appointments
  • Support clients to participate in age appropriate activities and tasks including employment, in home support and community access.
  • Support clients to access activities and outings in the community.
  • Facilitate community inclusion and participation to establish and maintain relationship and interests through access to community activities, venues and services
  • Implementation of Behavior Management Strategies

What do you need?

  • Blue Car of Working with Children and Young People
  • Positive Notice Criminal History Check - Yellow Card or NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Valid and current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Must have a drivers licence
  • Must have completed the NDIS Worker Orientation module
  • Own Car with comprehensive car insurance
