JOB DESCRIPTION

Overview:

Renew Solutions is looking for an experienced Full Time Contract Administrator to join our team on the Gold Coast. We provide independent comprehensive, high quality and value for money services with a focus on designing, fabricating, installing and managing stormwater, wastewater, spill management, erosion and sediment control and environmental assets.

The ideal candidate will be a Contract Administrator who can prepare, interpret, negotiate, administer and review contracts and variations to contracts and any projects on behalf of Renew Solutions.

Qualification or experience required:

Diploma level or above (ideally Degree level educated) with qualification/experience in Negotiations and at least 2 years of full-time work experience in a similar role. 

Experience and proficient knowledge in using asset/contract management software, Assetlogue.com, would be preferable.

Tasks may include (but are not limited to):

  • Preparation and administration of contracts including organising, filling and keeping records of all contracts (current and old) as well as update contract details to maintain the integrity of contract information
  • Maintain an audit file for each contract which will include original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, payment schedules, etc
  • Processing contract cancellations and contract variations 
  • Negotiate terms and conditions and ensure contract execution is in accordance with company policies (including all deadlines and any conditions described on contracts are met)
  • Report to the ManagingDirector on any matters related to contracts that requires attention and implement/oversee his/her decision to ensure full completion
  • Responding to inquiries and resolving problems/issues concerning contracts and persons affected and explain contract requirements, terms and conditions etc 
  • Liaise with local authorities, contractors, developers, builders, property managers, other professionals and clients to ensure the goals are met 
  • Preparing and reviewing submissions and reports concerning the contracts’ status if/when required 
  • Proactively identify and manage contract risks to meet organisational obligations and achieve the planned outcomes of the contract 
  • Supervise work by contractors and report any variations to contracts and/or projects Organise new office accommodation
