  • Undertaking and completing any other administrative duties as requested by Management.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have excellent written, verbal and active listening communication skills, well developed customer service skills and previous experience in an administration role. You will also be able to demonstrate the ability to absorb and accurately process large amounts of detail and self-manage your own workload. The ability to rapidly learn new systems (in particular, in-house proprietary database) is essential, as are sound computer skills (in particular Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel). You’ll also have a demonstrated customer-centric approach to problem solving. Applicants from a high volume processing/customer service background are encouraged to apply.

What you'll get in return
You’ll be offered the opportunity to work with a well-established and supportive team where you can take ownership of your role and showcase your skills.
