Exciting job opportunity for experienced receptionist based in Brisbane Southside.

Your New Company

This is a Not-for-profit organisation that is seeking an experienced receptionist. This is a short-term contract, with the possibility of further extension. They are seeking someone who is ideally from a Not-for-profit background to join their well-established team. The role involves handling a reception desk and ad hoc administrative duties.

Your new role

Your duties will include:

  • Switchboard management
  • Front desk duties
  • Answering phones
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks
  • Running reports
  • Formatting documents
  • Maintaining a presentable reception area
  • Ordering stationary
  • Issuing visitor passes
  • Being an effective gatekeeper

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you will have :
  • A proven ability to handle a busy reception desk
  • Previous experience with NDIS is desirable
  • Previous experience within the not-for-profit/disability sector is desirable
The ideal candidate is able to start immediately and currently holds a Blue Card and a Yellow Card.
