Full Job Description
The Coffee Club is Australia’s largest home-grown cafe group with over 390 stores across the world, serving more than 40 million cups of coffee every year. About the role

Our entire management team is expected to work alongside your team, offering 'hands on' support to ensure your store is operationally efficient, maximising productivity and profitability. Shift Leaders support the Store Leader in all avenues of store operation.

You will also be responsible for:
Leading & supervising a diverse team;
Recruiting, inducting and training employees;
Controlling cost of employment through effective rostering and shift planning;
Maintaining stock control - monitoring wastage, stocktaking and effective ordering;
Ensuring the cleanliness of the store is in alignment with Food Safety Standards.

About you

You are T.C.C = Talented, Committed and Confident…

3-5 years’ previous experience in hospitality management (ideally cafe/restaurant syle);
Experience in people management including hires, training and development, and performance management
Proven skills in customer management and driving both sales and customer sentiment measures
Demonstrated knowledge of WHS requirements, as well as COE and COGS management
