SALES COORDINATOR

The Challenge
In this critical role you support the emerging markets for APAC and will be the liaison between our wholesale partners and internal departments for all brands. You’ll provide reporting and analytics in inventory, purchase orders and sales history to support our team in maximising sales and customer satisfaction. You’ll handle a busy email inbox, inbound and outbound calls and support data entry for our customers. The right person for this role will be entrepreneurial in spirit - being proactive and using initiative to get the best outcomes for our customers. This is a busy, high volume role requiring time management skills and exceptional attention to detail.
This position is a full time, 38 hour per week role and supports international markets in later timezones, so whilst standard office hours are 8.30am - 5pm, there is an expectation of flexibility in working hours.

Who are we looking for?

To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Previous experience in an administration focused role and data entry
  • Experience with ERP, B2B and inventory systems would be preferred (SAP experience highly regarded)
  • The ability and experience to manage a high workload with multiple priorities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • The desire to progress your career in a wholesale sales function, enthusiasm to learn and a love of our brands
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel is essential
