About us

Bear Boy Espresso is a Cafe born on the north end of the Gold Coast with a store recently opened in Windsor, Brisbane. We provide an out of the ordinary hospitality experience for our guests, we proudly serve Single O's Killer Bee blend, and serve up an exciting seasonal brunch menu.

We are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional with experience leading teams in a fast paced environment.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Lead dynamic teams operating on the Bar, the Floor and the Kitchen

  • Manage and be responsible for the day to day operations of the venue, creatively problem solving when necessary

  • Roster effectively to ensure that all teams within the venue can deliver the quality of service and product outlined as the Bear Boy Service Standards

  • Communicate the Bear Boy mission, vision and values to all employees in an effective and practical manner

  • Maintain all of the venues administrative duties including COG's and wages

  • Hire, train and oversee new team members

Qualifications & experience

  • 5+ Years Hospitality Experience

  • Prior Management Experience

  • Basic Barista Skills
