The Role:

This role with our B2B Account Management team requires a commitment to providing outstanding, timely customer service by:

  • Responding to prioritised client requests such as Quotes, Orders, Emails, Phone Calls within a timely manner adhering to SLA’s
  • Experience in, and understanding of Product Knowledge in Tooling & Tools in the B2B supply of the Construction, Manufacturing, Mining, Industry, Government & Defence sectors
  • Dealing effectively with beginning-to-end of the Sales Support function; Suppliers; Products; Quoting; Orders; liaising with Receiving & Despatch; Delivery
  • Reporting to the Sales Support Team Leader

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of Sales Support resolution for our B2B Commercial Accounts for all Phone & Email enquiries across our Coopers Plains & East Brisbane branches
  • Support our Commercial Clients by recommending the best fit Product or Service
  • Understand our client’s business & sales history to identifying requirements
  • Maintain good working relationship with other Total Tools stores and our own internal teams; Warehousing; Retail; Accounts & Admin.
  • Take ownership of your own Daily Task List and Follow-ups

The Person:

  • Experience and knowledge of Tools/Tooling is preferred to work in this fast-paced environment
  • Requires an understanding of the B2B Account Management space and supply to the Construction, Manufacturing, Mining, Industry, Government & Defence sectors
  • Excellent communication with external clients, suppliers, internal teams
  • Ability to maintain strong relationships with clients and internal staff
  • Strong troubleshooting, prioritising and organisational skills
