JOB DESCRIPTION

The Code Company are looking for an experienced WordPress UX-UI Designer/Front End Developer to join our team based on the Fraser Coast with a minimum of 5 years WordPress experience.

We are an Enterprise level WordPress design and development agency that have a diverse range of clients, from publicly listed and large scale online publishers.

As a member of our team you will thrive on collaboration and be result orientated. You will be required to work closely with our design and technical team to conceptualise designs, build out fully responsive WordPress websites and work with WordPress plugins. You will need to build large scale client sites using varying code bases, from HTML/CSS, React and other Javascript frameworks, PHP at a minimum.

You will also have a hunger to learn and stay up to date with latest design trends and technologies that keep our agency at the cutting edge of WordPress design and development.

As the ideal candidate you will already be using:

Front end build tools (Grunt, Gulp etc)

Git (inc. branching & merging) and related tools in their workflow.

React and other Javascript frameworks

HTML/CSS

WordPress at Enterprise Level

WordPress at scale for large publishers with more than 5 million hits/month average.

This can be a remote position work from home, co-working space, or both but we would love to have you working on-site in our office at Hervey Bay full time or from at least some of the time.
