The Opportunity

Reporting to the head of development and working closely with Emma Johnston Dean of Science UNSW Sydney and affiliated Institutes, you will take a leading role to support the growth of UNSW's Science Faculty.

Responsible for the implementation of strategies to achieve significant philanthropic revenue targets you will manage a personal portfolio of approximately 85 to 100 major gift prospects. The focus is on cultivating and soliciting major and planned gifts in support of the Faculty of Science’s highest fundraising priorities in close partnership with alumni relations and development colleagues.

You are a successful strategic thinking account manager that is keen to enter the philanthropic space, with a passion for generating support for scientific studies and research for the future of health and our planet. You know how to build and maintain a strong working relationship with stakeholders.
