We are seeking a Regional Manager with experience managing high performing teams over multiple locations, with a strong focus on sales and compliance.

We have over 40 years' experience providing skilling solutions and services to businesses, workers and job seekers. BUSY At Work provide a wide range of services including recruitment and apprenticeship support services, employment and community services.

A bit about you... Managing a team of Apprenticeship Field Officers, you will be responsible for coordinating activities in the designated geographic regions to achieve and exceed Australian Apprenticeship contract Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for commencements, retention, completion and profiles as per the targets set by BUSY At Work.

This role is being offered on a full-time fixed-term contract until January 2022.

A bit about your experience and quals…
Ideally, you will have worked in the Australian Apprenticeships, broader VET and/or employment industries and have the ability to interpret, work to and exceed government contractual obligations and business key performance indicators.

With your proven experience of managing high performing teams across multiple locations, you have the ability to step into a new role, build rapport, manage, and support a well-established team of Apprenticeship Field Officers, through the implementation of a new contract and beyond.

You believe to achieve this, it will require a hands on and proactive approach, through networking with internal stakeholders and colleagues, businesses and industries, gaining an understanding of operations requirements, direct links to other areas within BUSY and employment trends across your regions, to guide and support your team to continued success.
