Wave International is a resource development firm with ~20 years of global experience in engineering, project delivery, project and asset management and provides project strategies and solutions across battery minerals, mineral sands, bulk commodities and more.

We have an immediate requirement for an Electrical Engineer (Senior) to provide key support to the Principal Electrical Engineer and package team. This position will be seen as a key role, with the view to lead and build a team managing projects at varying stages from concept to commissioning and project management.

Our Brisbane team is a well resourced, multi disciplined, quality team where a 10+ years experienced Electrical Engineer will thrive.

Position Information & Skill Requirements:
  • Proven leadership / interpersonal skills
  • Electrical design including reviewing process simulation feedback, design calculations, process optimisation, daily reporting and electrical process improvement scopes
  • Electrical Controls, HV design experience gained from the mineral resources sector
  • Interaction with client and driving the project management team ensuring concise dialogue and team work
  • Experience with ProjectWise preferred, not essential
