About Essence Communities

About your new role

We are currently seeking a Front Office Manager (called Resident Community Manager) to join our team at 36 Lambert Kangaroo Point.

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our rental-only apartment living building. If you have previous leasing and accommodation management experience in a large premium complex with a focus on resident centric service and teamwork, then this is the role for you!
  • Manage the day-to-day operations - including provision of superior customer service, reporting, budgeting, planning, marketing, and owner relations
  • Recruit, manage and develop a team of high performing employees
  • Build and maintain relationships with each key stakeholder group
  • Ongoing property management - including inspections and maintenance requests
  • Manage the property’s financial performance
  • Be a member of the first response team and attend to critical incidents outside of office hours
About you
  • Operations management and leasing experience
  • Previous experience with StarRez Property Management System (desirable)
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to problem solve and manage conflict
  • A focus on service and quality with the passion to deliver outstanding experiences.
  • QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration (preferred)
  • National Police Check (required)
