The Company

Our client plays a vital role in providing mental health and other EAP services to many organisations around Australia.

The Role

Your main responsibility as office manager is to ensure the smooth operational day to day function of the office. More specifically, your duties will include:

· Assist with general office duties, including telephony and administration

· Receipt and reconcile accounts

· Data entry and reporting bespoke software

· Coordinate all matters relating to office facilities

· Support the State Manger through management of diary, communications, meetings, correspondence, and travel

· Ad hoc responsibilities

About you

You will have strong experience within office management up to at least 5 years. You can demonstrate that you are a self starter within a fast paced environment.
