About The Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to lead team of Territory Managers for the Textile Care team across Queensland. The District Manager will be responsible for the profitable growth of the division and the achievement of the region’s objectives. In this leadership role, the Textile Care Manager will lead, manage and develop a team of Territory Managers to Retain, Grow and Gain strategy, via the execution of our value proposition to a portfolio of commercial laundry customers. The successful applicant will be field based and operating across client sites based in QLD.

Our Textile Care division is the market leader which provides our industrial, hospitality and healthcare laundry customers with services, products and equipment to help them operate efficiently and in a sustained environmentally conscious manner.

Your Responsibilities

  • To provide a strategy to ensure service excellence to our customer base
  • Driving the achievement of customer retention and sales growth within the business
  • Developing and delivering annual strategic business plans in the areas of sales, profitability, operating expenses and capital budgets via the P&L
  • Responsibility to develop team members to achieve individual performance and development
  • Creating a collaborative team environment to drive engagement to instill an inclusive environment
  • Driving new business processes through focused and targeted prospecting, industry networking and effective partnerships with the internal sales and support teams
  • Support in the installation and servicing of equipment on customer’s sites

  • Previous experience in a management position with the ability to articulate a clear vision in a technically based B2B business model.
  • A track record in supporting teams, managing change and driving performance
  • Experience in managing a P&L
  • The ability to create a strong team culture for success
  • Proven success in delivering results in a high growth environment
  • An energetic and passionate person who focuses on people, customers and service excellence
  • An ability to succeed in a highly customer focused environment
