This progressive agency has recently seen some massive growth in their business and is now committed to appointing a solid administrator to join their A Grade team. 

Reporting to the Director and working within a small team, your day will be diverse and exciting as you oversee the smooth operation of this agency and improve communication and flow of information throughout the office. 

The Role: 

  • Preparing legal documentation including Form 6’s and Contracts of sale
  • Advertising, preparing open homes
  • Social media management
  • Coordinating settlements
  • Diary management
  • Coordinate staff
  • General administration as required

About you:

  • Thorough attention to detail
  • Client focused
  • Superb time management skills
  • Professional presentation and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • 2 years' experience in a support role within the Real Estate industry;
  • CRM experience preferred 
  • Real Estate Certificate preferred
  • Passion and desire to help others succeed 
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible
