Temporary role based in Petrie!
Immediate Commencement!
4 Months temporary - possible extension!
Our client is a community based social enterprise that exists to enhance the lifestyle and independence of people with disability. As a well-established and trusted brand, the organisation operates across two main Divisions - Employment & Training and Commercial Operations which also includes Disability Care.

As an Employment Coach within their Centralised Contact Centre, you will effectively manage a caseload of jobseekers through virtual and telephone based appointments to develop tailored individualised plans that assists them to gain successful, meaningful and sustainable employment.

In this role you will:
Provide exceptional customer customer service in a confident and professional manner;
Assess jobseekers current circumstances to identify and deliver appropriate support and referral opportunities;
Effectively manage a caseload of jobseekers with the goal of assisting them into sustainable employment;
Provide advice, guidance and assistance to jobseekers to ensure the best possible change to achieve employment goals;
Liaise and negotiate with other organisations on behalf of jobseekers, to job carve, or effectively refer jobseekers to opportunities;
Ensure efficiency and compliance within administrative processes.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:

Strong customer service, sales or call centre experience;
Strong administration and compliance capabilities;
Demonstrated ability working towards targets and key performance indicators (KPIs);
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Problem solving and conflict resolution;
Excellent organisational and time management skills;
Solid computer skills, and proven ability to learn new systems; and
Resilient in nature and with an ability to thrive in a continuously changing environment.
All successful applicants must be willing to undergo a National Police Check. Other essential requirements include:

Current Paid Blue and Yellow Card (or willingness to obtain)
