Permanent administrator role working for small-medium engineering firm. Based in Brisbane CBD.


Your new company
You will be working for a reputable consultancy, specialising in the Mechanical, Structural and Electrical engineering space. This company has experienced growth since it's conception several years ago, and is now requiring an enthusiastic professional to take on all things administration.

Your new role
Your new role marks an exciting time within the organisation. You will take on a combination of administrative and personal assistant duties to ensure smooth operations and assist further company growth. Seeking a high-energy go-getter who can revolutionise the business, this is a role you can truly make your own!

Key duties will include

  • Taking and distributing meeting minutes
  • Occasional reception duties
  • Calendar management
  • Resource planning
  • Electronic filing
  • Training and onboarding new employees
  • Some booking-keeping and payroll duties

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a strong background in administration within a service-based industry. Previous experience working in engineering will be highly regarded, but not essential. Most importantly, you will be enthusiastic and ready to make your mark within the firm.
