Full Job Description
At SSKB we are unique in that our Client Solutions team answer the majority of Owner phone calls and emails and generally solve their requests on the first contact. This internal service department leaves our Strata Team (Manager & dedicated Assistant) with more time to be managers with Committees and less time on administration requests from Owners.

If you are an experienced Administration professional or Strata Manager who is feeling burnt out by admin work and this aspect is appealing to you, make the move to SSKB for a better quality working environment.

The Position

Reporting to the Gold Coast & Tweed Heads General Manager, we have an exciting full-time position available as a Strata Manager within our busy team based in Bundall.

We are currently searching for someone who has experience within the body corporate / strata industry, legal, real estate or facilities management (or similar) and you are someone who has passion, drive, enthusiasm and is customer focused.

This position has a variety of responsibilities and would suit a hands-on individual who can juggle multiple priorities at the one time. You will manage a portfolio of schemes with an Assistant Community Manager and will be responsible for:

Meeting attendance and minute taking
Working closely with your committees
Answering queries and providing advice
Prepare budgets, review financials and arrears
Correspondence and dispute resolution

About You

To be successful in this position you will have had experience working to policies, procedures and processes and can navigate through various relevant Act and Regulations. You will also have:

Excellent communication both written and verbal
Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
Time management and prioritisation skills second to none
The ability to use multiple software applications such as BCMax, Microsoft Office / Teams etc
