About the Role:
WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst based within the Brisbane CBD for an immediate start. This position will hold an Monday to Friday roster and will be an ongoing contract with the view for permanency for the right applicant.

Reporting to the Payroll Coordinator, you will support the delivery of the HR Payroll services incorporating Payroll Execution, Incident Resolution, Continuous Improvement of Service Delivery and Customer Interaction Management to all AA BUs and Group Functions in the APAC region.Â

Duties will Include:
This job encompasses supporting the Superintendent for the effective managing and sustainability of Data, Payroll Execution processes. You will manage the effective integration of the Payroll and Data processes end to end for all Fusion payrolls, ensure that all SLA targets and measures are met, comply with all Governance requirements, and focus on building strong Business relationships by adding value through optimal customer service.Â

Supporting the Payroll Superintendent to provide services in the APAC region

Provide ad hoc reporting to HR teams as required

Mentoring and Training of payroll team

Co-ordinating the sign-off and review of weekly and monthly pays

Leave coverage for weekly and Monthly pays when required

Develop key relationships with external suppliers and government bodies

Support delivery of annual audits

SAP Fusion Superuser â providing key Segregation of Duties backup within the team

Facilitate and participate in the investigations into incidents & non-compliance to processes.

Assist where required system enhancements with HR Systems support team e.g. roster changes, UAT

Requirements of the Role Include:
Bachelor of Communications or Human Resources - Highly Regarded

At least three experiences, which consists of:
5 -10 yearsâ experience as a Payroll Professional

5- 10 yearsâ experience in remuneration and benefits

At least 5 years SAP HR proficiency

Customer service delivery (would be advantageous)

Stakeholder Management relating to external payroll vendors e.g. SARS etc

Knowledge of SAP Systems- SAP Fusion, Fiori or SuccessFactors-Â Highly RegardedÂ

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels

Current C Class Drivers License

Must be either an Australian Citizen or a holder of an Australian permanent residency visa to be eligible to apply for this position
