Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Fundraising, the Art Union Business Manager will be responsible for the growth and optimisation of yourtown’s charitable Art Union. You will work with other Senior Managers to strategically enhance customer experience and increase revenue growth across yourtown Art Union Campaigns. In addition to this you will:

Manage the end to end life cycle of Prize Property from acquisition through to fulfillment;
Be responsible for monitoring Art Union legislative and regulatory requirements;
Ensure the Art Union business plans and risk plans are aligned with the organisational strategy and risk appetite;
Develop strategic methodology to coordinate direct customer contact that optimizes the customer experience, engagement, loyalty and sales;
Implement Art Union campaign strategies that prioritises specific audiences to increases brand awareness and positive associations;
Role model and facilitate a commitment to continuous improvement and embodiment of organisational values while leading a high performing team.

Role requirements:
Minimum Bachelor level degree qualified with a minimum of 10 years of experience in developing and implementing marketing / sales strategies while leading organisational growth awareness and income generation;
Demonstrated experience in direct marketing campaigns, database and relationship driven sales or fundraising portfolios, and customer and market dynamics, requirements and engagement strategies;
Ability to develop, implement and review high level sales or fundraising plans for income generation and operational plans for delivering strategy; and
Experience in product marketing, new product development, project management, sales cycles, donor acquisition, prospecting and analysis.
