To support our success we are currently seeking a Service Experience Specialist to join the Service Delivery & Performance team in our Brisbane or Melbourne office.

About the role...

The purpose of the Service Experience and Risk Team is to bring differentiated customer service experiences to life by influencing customer service, driving efficiency and uplifting capability thorugh coaching.

The Service Experience Specialist is responsible for evaluating customer interactions using the Compass framework and other supporting tools. This includes the provision of feedback and coaching to maintain a consistent customer experience. Through analysis of interactions and continuous improvement, this role will ensure compliance obligations are met.

This role will deliver and drive on initiatives such as Continuous Improvement, COMPASS, coaching and resolve simple complains, to support a high performance culture.

This position is available as a permanent opportunity. 

About you...

To ensure success you will possess:

  • RG146 compliant to give General Advice in Superannuation (as a minimum)

  • A genuine passion for customer service and ability to inspire and lead others to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including demonstrated through strong stakeholder management and coaching of front line service staff

  • Strong time management skills in order to prioritise competing deliverables.

  • Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills and dispute resolution techniques.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaboratively work across all levels of staff.

Although not essential, it is desirable if you have the following: 

  • Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement methodologies including appropriate implementation of assigned initiatives.
  • Certificate IV in Workplace Business Coaching or ability to acquire within 6 months.
