One of Australia’s largest ticketing companies are seeking a savvy Account Manager/Operations Coordinator to join their fun, vibrant team based in Brisbane’s inner south suburbs.

This is an important and exciting new role where you will be the main contact for selected clients. You will provide high level support including creation, modification, and coordination of event ticketing builds.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong communication and administrative skills and a willingness to learn. You will receive full, comprehensive training on their ticketing platform.

This is a full time, permanent role with a well-established, reputable company. Salary on offer is $55,000 + super.

The Role
  • Provide high level support and maintain client relationships.
  • Create and develop client event builds within custom built ticketing software.
  • Work with and assist internal teams and maintain effective communication.
  • Set clear expectations with clients on time frames and requirements to make their event successful.
  • Assist in connecting clients with industry connections.
  • Set up and creation of guest list requirements.
  • Monitor and control event inventory as requested by clients.
  • Ensure client event builds are completed to clients’ requirements and approval.

About You
  • IT literate – experience in the use of CRM or other client/customer related software
  • High level communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Problem solver and high attention to detail
