Keystar Autoworld is part of Inchcape Australia who are a leading player in the automotive services sector operating in the distribution, retail and logistics markets and specialise in the sale of Subaru, Kia, Mitsubishi, Jeep, Volkswagen and Isuzu Ute.

Our 4 dealerships located in North Brisbane are high performing sites however our people are our most valuable asset and we seek exceptional people who are both passionate and committed to providing quality work for our customers.

We are now seeking an experienced Pre-owned Sales Consultant to join our Rothwell dealership. In joining the Keystar team, the successful candidate will be part of an exciting team culture that is build around trust, collaboration, high performance and providing high levels of customer support to our valued customers. Reporting to the General Manager Sales, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Creating excitement and passion around our products
  • Ensuring that your monthly KPI's are achieved
  • Identifying our customer needs and providing options and solutions to those needs.
  • Providing exceptional product knowledge to our customers
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintaining current knowledge regarding the brand, it’s products and services
  • Partnering with the Wholesale Manager, Business Managers and Aftermarket Consultants to ensure that out customers are offered the most exceptional customer experience.

To be successful, you will need to fulfil the following requirements

  • Prior experience selling pre-owned vehicles and a high level of Customer Service
  • Be an out of the box thinker and passionate about delivering results
  • Professional, hungry and motivated to succeed
  • Prepared to push the boundaries beyond the set KPI's
  • Have the ability to be autonomous whilst working within Company guidelines
  • Have a proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets
  • Have a positive and ambitious mind-set with a willingness to achieve results
  • Have the ability to build trusting and long lasting relationships with customers and team members
  • Be pro-active in identifying opportunities to increase sales and leads
  • Display strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Current Drivers licence
  • Current QLD Sales licence or willingness to obtain
