About The Role

We are currently seeking two Customer Service Officers to join our team on a Part-Time basis in Taigum . In this exciting, newly created role you will be the face of our aged care home. Using your impeccable customer service skills you will provide a welcoming environment for our visitors, residents, and fellow team members. You will get to work closely with the leadership team and provide quality administration support.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone passionate about providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with visitors, residents, and colleagues.

  • What we are looking for:
  • Strong customer service background and experience, including front-of-house experience.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated attitude, enthusiastic.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn and implement new software/programs.
  • Experience working within a Residential Aged Care home or Community Service, not for profit or similar organisation (desirable).
  • You will also require the following credentials
  • Yellow Card / NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
  • A current National Police Check
  • Fire Safety Advisor Certificate or willingness to complete
