About The Business And The Role

ProReman/HPFP is a long established and growing business powered by Epiroc a large global company. ProReman/HPFP is the market leader in the manufacture of rock drills and drills parts for the mining industry.

Reporting to the Operations Manager this role offers a diversity of activities including

effective and efficient handling of administration requirements in the Production department. Essential Position Requirements

To be considered for this role you will possess these key skills and experience:

  • High level planning and organisational skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong computer skills including Excel, Access, WMS and MYOB
  • Strong communication, time management and organisation skills to ensure customer service and deliverables are met
  • Task and detailed focused, providing accuracy and high quality

Primary Responsibilities

  • Open Jobs
  • Place work orders for Production and Service Workshops in ProReman
  • Place purchase orders – parts, raw materials, consumables, for all workshops
  • Manage POs with AR
  • Manage raw materials in line with stores principles
  • Raising and processing of Work orders, creating and amending of job packs
  • Maintenance of current data bases
  • Preparing and maintaining documents and reports
  • Any other requirements as directed by the Workshop Manager
