About this role

The Business and Digital content Analyst has end-to-end accountability. They will be responsible for managing distribution of content on our social channels, making sure it is engaging and aligned with our business objectives. They will also be responsible for analysing data (e.g. from Mixpanel, Google analytics, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.) and providing insights about engagement, usage, conversion and more, so the productbox team can make better decisions. Once we are aligned they will then help document and automate processes with help from developers.

A day in a life of:

  • Work with the Productbox team to create social media content for publication, with a focus on user engagement. 

  • Be responsible for the productbox content calendar, helping generate leads from various digital channels.

  • Identify and track online drivers of growth via a variety of tools.

  • Monitor, respond and be responsible for the agency’s customer contacts on social channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Forums, Facebook groups etc).

  • Required to monitor and implement Electronic Direct Messaging (EDM) to our database on HubSpot.

  • Provide insights and recommendations on the social media strategy and digital engagement channels.

  • Continuously improve daily activities / processes involved to help with reporting.

  • Assist the Product Director with key internal initiatives such as contracts, government grants, statement of work improvements, meetups and more. 

  • Test internally developed software products.

Must haves:

  • Degree in Business, Commerce, Communications or IT.

  • Keen interest and knowledge of technology (beyond social media use)

  • Ability to demonstrate comprehensive understanding of social trends and best practices.

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Excel, Google Charts etc).

  • Experience with all major social platforms back-ends and analytics tools.

  • Strong experience in Customer Service and/or customer facing roles. We develop products in a customer-centric approach.

  • Organised, analytical and adaptable mindset. We expect you to be able to work autonomously, prioritise and perform a variety of tasks.

  • Outstanding written and communication skills. You will be required to assist the team with contract work and grants submissions.
