Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated educator to join our collaborative and high-performing team. In this role, will work closely with the Head of School and provide strategic leadership and analytical tracking of student performance. It is expected that the successful applicant will work collaboratively with members of the leadership team to pursue and achieve the School's vision. The successful applicant will manage, maintain and configure Student Results Management System (SRMS). You will generate and provide performance data through SRMS to track student performance and lead the development or resources and implementation of whole school Data Cycles.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead whole school Goal Setting processes
  • Lead the development and review of the whole school timetable
  • Manage whole school timetabling
  • In collaboration with their line manager, develop timetables for new staff as school's enrolments grow over time
  • Manage Human Resources and facilitate the recruitment of staff for the Performance area
  • Develop and monitor Budget
  • Conduct Annual Performance Review
  • Manage staff
  • Know the students - Home based and School based
  • Liaise with home based supervisors and school based supervisors

Attendance Monitoring Software

  • Administrator
  • Roll marking and absence policy and coordinator


  • Set up of each new year timetable - lines, subjects, classes, teachers, studios
  • Collaboration with the Senior Enrolments Officer and the Enrolments team in student timetabling
  • Resolving student timetable clashes and issues
  • Day to day changing of staff
  • Day to day creation and collapsing of classes
  • Inputting new staff
  • Reviewing the structure of the timetable to ensure that it meets changing school needs


  • Administrator - adding staff, permissions and reset PINs
  • Configuration of OneSchool for the entry of student data and set plan information

A mandatory requirement of this role is:

  • Current full registration or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration, as a teacher in Queensland.
  • Teachers working in Education and Care Services (including State Delivered Kindergarten programs) require an exemption card issued by Blue Card Services.
