Bricklaying Contractor on Northside of Brisbane seeks experienced Sales Representative / Business Development Manager for Career Opportunity

Sales Representative: Industrial Construction

The Company:

This highly innovative, specialist bricklaying business on the North-Side of Brisbane is in expansion mode. They have grown their medium-sized business over the past 25 years with a reputation for excellence and quality. They are the masters of repeat business and their brand attracts the best and brightest in a very specialist industry niche.

They are currently seeking an experienced Sales Representative / Business Development Manager to be based at North Brisbane, focusing on winning projects in and around Brisbane and North Queensland.

The Role:
  • Actively searches for business development opportunities at all times.
  • Liaise with customers, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders
  • Keep abreast of industry knowledge
  • Use lead generating tools
  • Produce quotations as requested by customers and provide thorough follow up and conversion.
  • Together with National Sales Manager, create Major/Growth Account list and diligently work on developing strong business relationships with those clients to enhance further business opportunities.

The Person:
  • Ability to work with a variety of people, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Demonstrated Business Development experience
  • Ability to uncover new business, develop pipeline and proactively source new leads
  • Experience in winning industrial projects in the Construction industry will be highly regarded
  • Hands on Sales reporting experience
  • Highly Developed client management skills
