Project Manager - This project will work across the business to implement and support our Resident Management and Billing solution

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our team based in Kelvin Grove. You will work with teams across the business to build, implement and support the selected future state Resident Management and Billing solution and processes.

The Resident Management and Billing project covers functions across the Admissions, Residential Aged Care, Retirement Living and Finance teams and will include admitting and managing residents, billing, payments and receipting, customer movements and departures, and ACFI funding submissions.
The system is integrated throughout several stages of the customer journey with several integrations required with other corporate solutions (such as CRM, Finance, Client Care).
Core responsibilities in this role will include:
  • data migration from the legacy system;
  • defining project scope, objectives and deliverables to support the agreed business goals;
  • developing detailed project and change management plans to meet project objectives. This includes defining and developing the projects measurement of success (benefits management);
  • Undertaking change management activities to support change acceptance and benefits realisation; and
  • forecasting, planning for, engaging and leading the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals;
About You
You will have proven ICT Project Management experience with multiple integrations and data migration components.

Sound understanding of project frameworks and processes with the ability to apply structured project management methodology throughout all phases of the project life cycle. You will have strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to establish relationships, facilitate workshops and influence both business and technical people.
Project experience ideally in finance billing systems and/ or aged care will be highly regarded
