This department supports a local transit planning team

Your new role

As the first point of contact for the department you will be the face of all enquires and;

  • Provide general advise to internal and external stakeholders
  • Triage incoming queries
  • Meet KPI for Service requirements
  • High volume enquiries

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong customer service skills including previous experience in call centre environment
  • Previous experience in preparing correspondence (emails, letters) to customers
  • Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills, especially in relation to handling customer complaints
  • Previous problem solving and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated time management and organisational skills
