The Role:

We are currently looking for a full-time Business Development Manager who will aim to maintain and grow our customer base.

With a strong focus on developing new account business opportunities within our territory, you will utilise your knowledge of the Trade and Industrial sectors to generate sales for our Biggera Waters store.

You will be responsible for:

  • Building solid working relationships and developing rapport with key stakeholders
  • Liaising with current and potential clients
  • Searching for and generating new business prospects by engaging various sales techniques
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPI's
  • Maintaining the client database

Does this sound like you:

  • Proven record of sales success and account management
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targets
  • Strong work ethic and 'can do' attitude
  • Organised with excellent time management skills
  • Self motivated with an ability to work autonomously
  • Clear verbal and written communication

Experience in selling trade / industrial tools, machinery and or consumables direct to the industrial, construction and associated sector is preferred but not essential.
