About the role:

We are currently seeking two Customer Service Officers to join our team on a Part-Time basis in Taigum. In this exciting, newly created role you will be the face of our aged care home. Using your impeccable customer service skills you will provide a welcoming environment for our visitors, residents, and fellow team members. You will get to work closely with the leadership team and provide quality administration support.

What we are looking for:
  • Strong customer service background and experience, including front-of-house experience.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated attitude, enthusiastic.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn and implement new software/programs.
  • Experience working within a Residential Aged Care home or Community Service, not for profit or similar organisation (desirable).
You will also require the following credentials
  • Yellow Card / NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
  • A current National Police Check
  • Fire Safety Advisor Certificate or willingness to complete
