About the Position

Anglicare’s Roma Community Aged & Disability service offers a range of supports and assistance to a variety of local residents, including help at home, social inclusion, and community connectedness. Our Roma team makes a real difference in people's lives.

We are currently looking for a Part-Time Administration Officer to support our Roma teams for a Fixed-Term Contract ending early May 2022.

About You

We’re looking for a dynamic worker with strong administration skills and a “can-do” attitude. Further experience will include:
  • Experience in administration
  • Ability to work in a high volume, process-driven and systems enabled environment
  • Ability to assess priorities and manage competing deadlines both independently and as a member of a team
  • Intermediate level in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Procura software an advantage

To be successful you will be required to hold a National Police Certificate and a Queensland Driver Licence.

A Certificate III in Business Administration would be beneficial but more important is your attitude and willingness to learn.
